The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply of CPSP monogram cufflinks, tie pins, and gift boxes to be delivered at the CPSP Head Quarter in Karachi, Punjab. This procurement is for branded promotional items bearing the CPSP monogram, intended for use by the organization at its headquarters located in Phase-II, D.H.A. Karachi. The tender covers the complete supply of these customized items with packaging in gift boxes as specified by the organization.
Interested bidders must be reputable and registered companies capable of delivering quality promotional merchandise. Bid security and compliance with CPSP procurement regulations are mandatory. Interested parties should obtain detailed tender documents from any of the three designated CPSP offices: the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters (7th Central Street Phase-II, D.H.A. Karachi, Phone 021-99266400-10, Ext 237 & 330), the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Lahore (next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town, Phone 042-99231320-8), or the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Islamabad (P.I.M.S Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road, Phone 051-9262590-1). The cost of tender documents is Rs. 2,500 non-refundable.
Two separate sealed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must reach the Secretary CPSP by 04th July 2026 at 10:45 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders. The management of CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per applicable law. Prospective bidders should contact the Purchase or Operation Departments for clarification and to obtain complete tender specifications.
