Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids through EPADS on a Single Stage Two Sealed Envelope basis for the supply of Bleach Card White with specifications of 25 inch by 30 inch size and 250 GSM plus or minus 5 percent. This tender is issued by the Local Purchases Commercial Section of the Supply Chain Management Department at PIA's Head Office located at Karachi Airport in Karachi, Federal Province. The tender document reference number is PIAC/PR-26010013/26 dated 12 June 2026. Bidders are required to submit their quotations electronically through the EPADS portal and must also submit hard copies of bids with original bid security instruments to the undersigned before the deadline.
Eligible vendors including manufacturers, authorized distributors with manufacturer authorization letters, whole sellers, stockists, general order suppliers, and related trade entities may participate. Local bidders must provide a tender fee of PKR 30,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a pay order and earnest money of PKR 150,000 (refundable and interest-free) with their technical proposal. All bidders must submit quality samples of two sheets (non-returnable), technical proposals including company profiles, GST and NTN certificates for local bidders, and tender schedule specifications. Foreign bidders may optionally provide security deposits as determined by PIA upon evaluation of the lowest bidder.

Bids must be prepared according to instructions in the bidding documents and submitted by 01 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
