Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids and quotations through EPADS on a Single Stage Two Sealed Envelope basis for the procurement of SDWAN Warranty and Support Renewal services. This is a re-tender with a tender cost of PKR 30,000.00 and earnest money requirement of PKR 50,000.00. The tender is issued by the Local Purchases Commercial Section under the Supply Chain Management Department of PIA's Head Office in Karachi, and interested vendors must comply with all eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents to be considered for this procurement.
Eligible bidders must be renowned vendors who are manufacturers or authorized distributors of the required equipment with proper authorization letters from manufacturers. Local bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000.00 in the form of a pay order issued by any scheduled bank, which is refundable and must accompany the technical proposal. A security deposit of PKR 80,000.00 is required from successful bidders upon award of the contract. Bidders must also possess valid GST and NTN certificates, and foreign bidders may be required to submit additional security documentation as determined by PIA during the evaluation process.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PIACL website at https://www.piac.com.pk/corporate/sales-procurement/tenders, the PPRA website at https://www.ppra.org.pk/active-tenders, and the EPADS portal at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk through supplier login. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; manual submission is strictly not allowed. Sealed bids must be submitted by 01-07-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Hard copies of bids with original bid security instruments must also be submitted to the D.G.M Procurement Management at the Supply Chain Management Department Building, 1st Floor, PIACL Head Office, JIAP Karachi-75200 before the deadline.
