Description / Scope of Work
Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites sealed bids from interested and well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Tax authorities (FBR, BRA) for the supply and installation of a water supply system at the BUITEMS Sub-Campus located in Muslimbagh, Balochistan. The bid security requirement is two percent of the bid price. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with PPRA rules and PEC guidelines to ensure quality and excellence in education infrastructure development.
Bidders must be registered with relevant professional and tax authorities to be eligible for participation. The bid should comprise two separate envelopes containing financial and technical proposals clearly marked to avoid confusion. Initially, only the technical proposal envelope shall be opened for evaluation in the manner prescribed in the tender documents. The financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened publicly at a subsequently announced time, date, and venue. All bidders are required to comply with the specified tender conditions and documentation requirements.
Tender documents may be obtained from the Directorate of Planning & Development at BUITEMS upon submission of a request letter along with a pay order or demand draft amounting to Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) in favor of the Director, Planning & Development, BUITEMS before July 3, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted before 1:45 PM on July 3, 2026 to the Directorate of Planning & Development, and technical proposals will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in the Jinnah Hall meeting room at BUITEMS Takatu Campus.
