305 Spares Depot EME Karachi invites open competitive bids for the procurement of spares for Armoured Personnel Carriers (APC) and Armoured Recovery Vehicles (ARV) of all types, including APC Puma, APC Penhard, APC M113A1/A2, and ARV, as per PPRA Rules 2004. This tender inquiry (IT-09/2026-27) is for brand new stores to be supplied within the zonal region of the installation. Quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and include all government taxes such as GST, income tax, and custom duty. The tender is issued from COD Estate, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi-15, Sindh province, with a bid validity period of one year from the quotation date.
Eligible bidders must be GHQ security-cleared firms with valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, registered with 305 Spares Depot EME or other Defence organizations. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ and HIT approved brands are acceptable. Firms quoting genuine or OEM items must provide authorized dealership letters and agency agreements proving their capability to supply from principals. Bid security is required: Rs. 0.5 million for firms participating in two or fewer tenders (minimum bid value Rs. 10 million) and Rs. 1 million for more than two tenders (minimum bid value Rs. 20 million), submitted as CDR. An IT fee of Rs. 3,000 is mandatory at submission time.
Bidders must submit quotations in single-stage two-envelope format with separate Technical and Commercial Offers, clearly marked and sealed, before 1100 hours on 08 July 2026 at the tender box. Technical Offers will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. Only those contractors whose technical bids are accepted by the Technical Oversight Board will have their financial offers opened; others will be returned unopened. Quotations must be submitted in hard copy with soft copy on CD-Recordable (not USB or CD-RW), signed and stamped on each page, using the provided format with all serial numbers strictly followed.
