Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) supported by World Bank financing, is inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors for the supply and installation of Early Childhood Education (ECE) materials for 1000 ECE classrooms. The project aims to replenish and establish early childhood education facilities across 1000 schools in Nowshera, Swabi, Peshawar and Hangu districts within a period of three months. This is a goods procurement tender conducted through national competitive bidding using a Request for Bids process as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project office during business hours between 0900 to 1700 hours at the address provided below.
Eligible bidders must meet all requirements specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations and the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 4,600,000 as a guarantee of bid validity and contract performance. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000, with delivery by hand at the designated office address.
Bids must be delivered to the specified address on or before 1100 am on 9th July 2026, with electronic bidding not permitted and late bids rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on 1st July 2026 at the address below, followed by a public bid opening at 1115 am on 9th July 2026. All submissions must comply with bid security requirements outlined in the procurement regulations.
