Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, reputed firms, and general order suppliers for printing and supplying of answer continuation sheets. This single-stage one-envelope tender is issued by the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS, located at Airport Road, Quetta, Balochistan, and requires the supply of standardized answer sheets for the university's examination and academic operations. The tender reference number is BUITEMS/DOP/RP-TDR/25-26/19, and bidders are required to submit their proposals on or before 3:00 pm on 7th July 2026, with opening scheduled for 3:30 pm the same day.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income and Sales Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders are required to obtain tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 through a pay order or demand draft made in favor of the Director of Procurement, BUITEMS. A refundable bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid price must be provided in the form of a bank deposit, Certified Deposit Receipt (CDR), or pay order in favor of the Director of Procurement. All prices must be quoted on F.O.R. basis in Pakistani Rupees, and bid validity must extend for a minimum of 60 days. Failure to provide acceptable bid security will result in immediate rejection of the proposal.
