Lahore Waste Management Company invites sealed bids for the supply, installation and configuration of a firewall system to secure the production servers of the organization. The procuring agency is established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and is headquartered in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single stage two envelope bidding procedure for the provision of comprehensive firewall security infrastructure including hardware supply, professional installation services, and complete system configuration to protect critical production server assets. The scope encompasses delivery of the firewall equipment, installation at the company's facility located at Office 04-05, Floor No. 4, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road opposite LDA Plaza in Lahore, and full configuration to ensure optimal security performance.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers capable of providing enterprise-grade firewall solutions with proven experience in similar installations for corporate entities. Bidders are required to submit all necessary technical specifications, documentation establishing goods eligibility and conformity to bidding documents, and evidence of their qualification to perform the work. A bid security in the form of security deposit or bank guarantee is mandatory as per the bid data sheet. The bidding process follows the standard two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial evaluations to ensure transparent and competitive procurement.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office address during business hours. Sealed bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes as per the specified format and marked clearly with the project title and bidder information. The bid submission deadline is 08 July 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the scheduled opening date following submission deadline.
