Description / Scope of Work
The Local Purchase Division of Pakistan Navy invites sealed tenders for the procurement of specialized equipment and consumables including lead acid batteries 12 volts 105 ampere-hour, coalescer element assemblies, wooden plugs, and maintenance-free batteries. The tender encompasses five distinct line items with quantities ranging from one to one hundred fifty units per item. Tender opening is scheduled for 7 July 2026 at the Pakistan Navy facilities in Sindh province. All registered and unregistered firms are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process.
All participating firms are required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of Pakistani Rupees five hundred per quotation through bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to the PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account (PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586). Unregistered firms must additionally provide a bid security of five percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months. Lab testing charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the supplying firm. Standard delivery time for locally available items is fifteen days and for imported items is forty-five days.
