Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad invites electronic bids from registered vendors for a framework contract to supply general store items during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is 9 million rupees. This procurement is for essential general store supplies required to support the operations of the 60-bed hospital facility located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The bidding process is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADs) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA regulations.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADs in relevant categories and meet eligibility requirements as specified in the bidding documents. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR, pay order, or bank draft made payable to the Medical Superintendent 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value upon award. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and bids that are conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or contain corrections will be rejected.
