Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 as a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. in Islamabad, is a not-for-profit organization inviting sealed quotations from experienced service providers for the Resident Evening 2026 & AMC Accreditation Celebration event. The procurement encompasses event management, decoration, marquee services, audiovisual provision, and catering services for an event to be held in Islamabad during the first half of September 2026. Interested firms may quote for one or both venue options as per their capability and service offerings.
Eligible bidders should preferably have relevant experience in organizing corporate, healthcare, or institutional events, with valid NTN and GST registration where applicable. Firms must demonstrate proven capacity to provide comprehensive event management and catering services alongside quality audiovisual equipment and professional event setup capabilities. Only sealed quotations will be accepted, with all quoted rates inclusive of applicable government taxes including GST and WHT, transportation, installation, dismantling, labor, and all associated costs. Quoted rates must remain valid until 31 October 2026.
Sealed quotations must be submitted by 10 August 2026, with late submissions not entertained. Services will be provided subject to issuance of a Work/Service Order during the first half of September 2026. Payment shall be made within 20 working days after satisfactory completion of services and submission of original invoice through cross cheque in the company name. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to award all or part of services or cancel the procurement process without assigning any reason.
