One-year framework agreement for event management services across 17 economic zones in KPK.
This is a recurring contract with locked rates, offering stable revenue for a qualified event management firm with proven experience handling multi-venue corporate events. The tight two-week tender window and mandatory physical security deposit submission alongside electronic bidding suggests a well-structured procurement process. Scale appears medium to large given the geographic spread and annual commitment, but actual service volume depends on KPEZDMC's event frequency.
Who can bid: Registered event management companies eligible if registered with FBR and KPRA for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders must be registered on EPADS portal. Typically, such services require relevant experience, valid business registration, and a professional event management team.
