Description / Scope of Work
District Council Layyah invites sealed bids for procurement of goods and services through framework contracts totalling approximately PKR 7 crore across four distinct packages. Package 1 covers office goods estimated at PKR 1.5 crore; Package 2 covers goods for fairs and exhibitions estimated at PKR 2 crore; Package 3 covers general-purpose goods estimated at PKR 2 crore; and Package 4 covers services and rental items for fairs and exhibitions estimated at PKR 1.5 crore. All procurements will be executed within the administrative limits of District Council Layyah in Punjab province. The framework contracts will enable the district council to source required materials and services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must meet standard procurement requirements including valid registration with the relevant authorities and demonstrated capacity to supply goods or services of specified quality. Bidders are required to furnish earnest money as specified in the bid documents. All bids must conform strictly to the specifications and standards outlined in the tender documents. Firms with consistent track records in supplying similar goods or services to government entities are preferred.
