Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed tenders from registered EPADS contractors for provision of security services. The scope covers trained, uniformed, and licensed security guards (armed and unarmed) along with supervisory staff to protect PLDDB assets, livestock, machinery, stores, and premises on a 24/7 basis across LES Farm Khizerabad, Head Office Lahore, and other designated PLDDB sites. The estimated requirement comprises eight armed security guards, five unarmed security guards, and one security supervisor, with a total estimated monthly cost of Rs. 750,000 inclusive of tax. This is a service contract for manpower provision across Punjab province.
Bidders must be registered EPADS contractors with PPRA and must submit bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. The original CDR document must be presented to the office half an hour before bid opening. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (P e-PS) following Single Stage–Two Envelop procedures as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. PLDDB reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules.
Bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost at PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk), EPS website (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk), and PLDDB website (http://plddb.pk). Bidders must submit bids through EPS up to 11:00 am on October 03, 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 am on the same day. All eligible contractors are encouraged to obtain detailed tender documents and comply with submission requirements as per the notice.
