Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board invites sealed tenders from registered EPADS contractors and firms for the provision of comprehensive security services at LES Farm Khizerabad, Head Office Lahore, and other designated PLDDB sites across Punjab. The tender covers provision of trained, uniformed, and licensed security personnel on a 24/7 basis including 8 armed security guards, 5 unarmed security guards, and 1 security supervisor for protection of PLDDB assets, livestock, machinery, stores, and premises. The total estimated cost is Rs. 750,000 per month inclusive of tax, representing a significant ongoing security operations requirement.
Bidders must be registered EPADS contractors under PPRA regulations. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board, with the original document submitted to the office half an hour before bid opening. The bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures as specified in Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bids must be submitted through EPS by 11:00 am on October 03, 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day. PLDDB reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
