Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers for the procurement of one set of chilled water plant. The tender is issued under PPRA and MoDP rules on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis with a delivery period of four weeks after contract signing. Bid reference IT-7861 is advertised on the PPRA website and documents are available for collection from there. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
Bidders must submit sealed bids by 01 September 2026 at 1030 hours to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 1100 hours. Documentary evidence of contracts executed or works experience with government or semi-government organizations during the last three financial years is mandatory.
