Description / Scope of Work
The National Highways & Motorway Police invites sealed bids for the procurement of cutting and stitching services for uniforms for Sector N-5, Central-III, Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab. The tender is issued under Procurement Notice Number 02/N-5/C-III/2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the financial year 2026-27. Quantity and detailed specifications of uniform items to be cut and stitched are contained within the bidding documents. The contract will be awarded using single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure following the Open Competitive Bidding method with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible manufacturers and suppliers are invited to submit sealed bids. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 75,000. Bidders should possess appropriate manufacturing or tailoring capability and relevant business registration. The bidding document is available free of cost from the NHMP website or can be obtained from the Store Branch, DSP, LHQ N-5, C-III, Rahim Yar Khan during office hours prior to the closing date upon payment of PKR 1,000 as a non-refundable fee via Pay Order in the name of the Sector Commander, N-5, C-III. Cheques are not acceptable.
Bids must be submitted through E-PADS 2.0 along with hard copies delivered to the office of DSP, LHQ, N-5, C-III, Opposite Etihad Sugar Mills, Karam Abad, Rahim Yar Khan on or before 11:30 AM on 14 October 2026. Public bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM on the same day at the stated office location. Bidders' representatives are welcome to attend the opening session.
