Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Mardan invites sealed tenders for addition, alteration and special repairs in the examination block at BISE Mardan under the MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual procurement cycle. This construction and maintenance project is being procured through the E-PADS (E-pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The bid security required is 0.20 million Pakistani rupees, indicating a medium-scale infrastructure maintenance contract. The project is located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and aims to improve examination facilities through structural repairs and alterations.
Bidders must be Government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W (Civil & Works) Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) issued in favor of the Secretary BISE Mardan. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requires bidders to submit technical and financial proposals separately online through the E-PADS system.
Bid solicitation documents (BSDs) can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk and are also available on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.bisemdn.edu.pk. Bidders must be registered with E-PADS to participate. All rates and required documents must be uploaded online via the E-PADS system, with original bid security submitted in a sealed envelope.
