Paper Reams Procurement for Examinations Section, University of Swat

The University of Swat, through its Office of the Treasurer and Store and Procurement Section located in the Main Administration Block at Charbagh, Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement of paper reams for the Examinations Section. Bids are sought under a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from well-reputed firms and authorized dealers holding valid manufacturer authorization certificates and registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The procurement is open to suppliers with demonstrated experience in government, semi-government, and autonomous sector supply contracts. Bidders must submit a 2% earnest money deposit as a Call Deposit Receipt from any scheduled bank in favor of the University Treasurer, along with a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 4,000 deposited online to the Treasurer's account at National Bank of Pakistan, Main Branch, Saidu Sharif Swat. Hard copies of both receipts must reach the procurement office before the tender closing time. Bid pricing shall comprise the item cost and applicable federal and provincial taxes stated separately. All bids will be scrutinized by committee, with incomplete, conditional, or delayed submissions being rejected as non-responsive. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons. Purchase orders will be awarded to the most advantageous technically recommended bidder based on grand total according to the bill of quantities. Income tax and sales tax will be deducted from supplier bills at government-prescribed rates. Bidders must upload electronic bids on the EPADS platform before 10:30 AM on Thursday, September 24, 2026, with bids opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Main Campus Charbagh, Swat, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
