Peoples Medical College Hospital Nawabshah, located in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, is seeking to procure security guard services for the financial year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding. The contract covers the provision of trained, disciplined and properly uniformed security personnel to protect hospital buildings, patients, attendants, employees, visitors, medical equipment, stores, vehicles and other government property. The security company must deploy the required number of guards as specified and maintain a minimum operational strength of 300 security guards with adequate reserve staff to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 coverage including weekends and public holidays.
Eligible bidders must be registered security services companies holding valid licenses from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, and the Sindh Home Department as applicable. The successful contractor must possess valid EOBI and SESSI registration certificates, Sindh Sales Tax registration where applicable, and obtain police and security clearance for the company and all deployed personnel from competent authorities including Police, Special Branch and Investigation Bureau. All security guards must be physically and mentally fit, properly trained in emergency response, fire safety, access control and crowd management, normally not exceed 45 years of age, and carry valid identification cards while on duty.
