Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), a division of the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of Charrar Drain near Malikpur Village in the Drainage Sub Division of Nishter Town, Lahore. The tender is referenced as XEN(O&M-I) N.T/2026-27/10 with an estimated cost of Rs. 76,691,524 and is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. The project scope encompasses drainage infrastructure rehabilitation work in the Nishter Town area of Lahore, Punjab province.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid licenses and appropriate specialization in codes CE-09 and CE-10, holding active NTN and NTN-1 filer status. Suppliers, contractors, and companies must be registered with the relevant federal and provincial bodies as per PPRA requirements. Bidders are required to submit digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 3,834,576.20, in favor of WASA Lahore through the e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders shall be considered for financial bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equivalent to 10% of the accepted tender price. No cutting, amendment, or conditional bidding through the electronic system is permitted.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/). Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 26 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on the e-Procurement System.
