Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), operating under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of Charrar Drain near Baoo Wala in the Drainage Sub Division of Nishter Town, Lahore. The estimated project cost is Rs. 11,773,400/-, with work falling under the Operations and Maintenance category. This infrastructure improvement project is being procured through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) using a single stage two envelope bidding procedure, with all technical specifications and drawings available in the detailed bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, specializing in codes CE-09 and CE-10 (registered with FBR and PRA). Bidders must hold active filer status (NTN and PTNB certifications). The bid security amount is Rs. 588,670/-, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, to be submitted as digital bid security in the eP system. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically before the closing date through the Punjab e-Procurement System; hard copy submissions are not accepted.

Technical bids will be opened on the same day as submission at 12:30 PM on the eP platform. Only technically responsive bidders qualify for financial bid opening. Bidders must ensure compliance with current PPRA Rules and submit bids as PDF files without any cutting, amendments, or conditional tender through electronic means.
