Punjab Buildings Department, Central Zone, Lahore invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors for the construction of official residences for officers and officials of Lahore High Court at Phullarwan, District Lahore under ADP NO. 3233/2026-27, with an estimated project cost of Rs. 3,141.842 million. The scope of work comprises construction of 70 residential units across three categories: 48 residences for BPS 15-17 officers arranged in four blocks with basement and two upper floors; 12 residences for BPS 18-19 officers in one block with similar configuration; and 10 residences for BPS 20 and above officers in ground plus first floor design. The project is located in Lahore, District Lahore, Punjab, and includes provision of six lifts of 1600 kg capacity, an overhead water reservoir of 20,000 gallons, LT/HT electrical panels, tube well chamber, security facilities, and external development works.
