National Logistics Corporation invites sealed tenders for the construction of winterized washrooms, sewerage infrastructure, and water heating facilities at Silk Route Dry Port, Sost, Hunza in Punjab. The project encompasses construction of five winterized washrooms measuring 4 feet by 5 feet each, including four standard washrooms and one water tank with heating room, all fitted with GI Sheet ceiling and roof, ceramic tiles, sanitary fixtures, electrical installations and painting. The scope also includes excavation and construction of a sewerage pit measuring 20 by 20 by 20 feet with complete sewerage line connections, excavation and construction of a safety tank measuring 6 by 6 feet with sewerage connections, installation of two wash basins with complete fittings, an external water storage tank of 3000 liters capacity with connections to all washrooms and heating system, and a water heating tank with warm water distribution throughout all facilities.
The tender will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder demonstrating required technical skills and relevant experience in building construction. Bidders must possess demonstrated capability in winterized infrastructure projects and plumbing installation work.
