Govt. (Shadab) Special Education School for MCC, Jhang invites e-bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 10,00,000 (1.0 million rupees). The procuring agency seeks Federal Board of Revenue income tax and sales tax registered firms capable of supplying quality uniforms tailored to the needs of special education students. Unsuccessful bidders' bid security will be discharged or returned within the prescribed bid validity period. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract amount and execute a formal contract agreement before supply order issuance.

E-bids must be submitted by October 1st, 2026 at 10:00 am, with opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 am. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
