Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Institute for Slow Learners Rajanpur invites e-procurement bids for the supply of uniforms and shoes for special students during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The estimated contract value is PKR 1,000,000 (one million rupees), and the procurement covers uniform items and footwear required for the institute's student population. The tender is issued by the institute's headmistress and all submissions must be made through the e-procurement platform with the bid opening scheduled immediately after the submission deadline.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes to participate. The bid security requirement is PKR 50,000 (five percent of the estimated cost) to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt in hard copy in favor of The Headmistress before the e-bid submission deadline on 07-10-2025 at 11:00 a.m. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 8 percent of the contract value and execute a formal contract agreement prior to receiving the supply order. All quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes with statutory deductions made as per government rules.
Bidding documents and tender forms are available free of cost on the eProcurement platform and the PPRA Punjab website. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 07-10-2025 up to 11:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 a.m. The bid validity period extends for 180 days from the date of the bid evaluation report publication.
