The Punjab Healthcare Commission invites sealed bids for a centrally managed antivirus solution covering 550 users and systems with a one-year subscription period. This procurement is being conducted under Single Stage One Envelopes procedures through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies actively engaged in the provision of antivirus and security services, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities.
