Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the supply, installation and commissioning of main traction machines and modification works of existing elevators at its campus located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement project encompasses the complete supply of traction equipment alongside comprehensive installation services and commissioning of modified elevator systems to meet the institution's operational requirements. The project scope includes both new traction machinery and retrofit works on existing elevator installations within the academic and administrative infrastructure of IMSciences.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate engineering category and must hold current registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit earnest money security equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost of their bid in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of IMSciences, Peshawar. The tender will be processed under a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014, ensuring a streamlined evaluation and award process.
Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, general and specific terms and conditions, complete scope of work, and itemised specifications are available through the e-PADS portal in compliance with KPPRA 2014 rules. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS no later than 11:00 AM on October 06, 2026, with the original earnest money deposit submitted in hard copy to the Procurement Officer's office by the same deadline. Bid opening will occur on October 06, 2026 at 12:00 PM through e-PADS in the presence of bidders and their authorised representatives at the Conference Room, Academic Block, IMSciences, Plot 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
