Description / Scope of Work
PTCL invites sealed bids in Pakistani Rupees on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the procurement of materials and services required for the PTCL Islamabad Connect Event 2026. The tender is issued by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited, headquartered in G-8/4 Islamabad, under procurement reference Proc.10-3/2/100926/4968. Bids must be complete in all aspects and comply with the procedures outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The event is based in Islamabad, Federal territory, and interested vendors must participate in accordance with PTCL's established procurement guidelines and vendor policies.
All bidders must be registered with PTCL prior to submission and must quote their assigned Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) on their bid documents. Unregistered vendors are required to complete registration for establishing a good and continuous business relationship with PTCL. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring liability to affected bidders or obligation to disclose grounds for such action.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba platform at the designated portal link before 17:00 hours on 20 September 2026; bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened.
