Description / Scope of Work
The Horticultural Research Institute at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad invites national competitive e-bids for a framework contract to purchase IT equipment during the financial year 2026-27 under the ADP project for establishment of a Horticulture Research Center in Pattoki, Punjab. The procurement scope includes one laptop, four computers with accessories including a printer, and one audio-visual system with a total estimated cost of PKR 3,200,000. This is a single-stage single-envelope bidding process conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in IT equipment supply, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to three percent of the estimated price online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders barred, disqualified, or blacklisted by PA or PPRA are ineligible and must submit a statutory affidavit on stamp paper of PKR 100 confirming eligibility.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at http://ppra.Punjab.gov.pk and through the Punjab E-Procurement System until the closing date of 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted online and bidders must physically attend at the Chief Scientist's office at Horticultural Research Institute, AARI, Faisalabad on 24.09.2026 before 11:00 AM with signed attendance.
