Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board, a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed tenders from registered EPADS (PPRA) contractors and firms for the provision of comprehensive security services at LES Farm Khizerabad, Head Office Lahore, and other designated sites across Punjab. The scope encompasses provision of trained, uniformed, and licensed security guards (both armed and unarmed) along with supervisory staff for 24/7 protection of PLDDB assets, livestock, machinery, stores, and premises. The estimated requirement comprises eight armed security guards, five unarmed security guards, and one security supervisor, with a total estimated monthly cost of Rs. 750,000 inclusive of all taxes.
Bidders must be registered EPADS (PPRA) contractors or firms eligible to participate in government procurement. All intending contractors and firms are required to submit bid security or earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. The original CDR must be physically submitted to the office half an hour before the bid opening. Bidding is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Interested bidders must submit their bids through the e-Procurement System up to 11:00 AM on October 03, 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
