Description / Scope of Work
District Council Mianwali invites electronic bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers for execution of two major maintenance and repair works under a framework contract arrangement. The first work involves repair and maintenance of water supply schemes across the District Council Mianwali jurisdiction with an estimated cost of 74.074 million rupees. The second work comprises repair, provision, fixing of manhole covers, manhole replacements and sewer line maintenance across the district with an estimated cost of 34.584 million rupees. Both works are to be executed through frame work contracts in Punjab Province, with tender reference numbers and detailed scope as specified in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, Federal Board of Revenue, Provincial Revenue Authority, and hold National Tax Number and Provincial Tax Number registrations as applicable. Contractors must also possess Pakistan Revenue Authority registration. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory for each work, to be submitted online through the generated PSID payment portal. Late bids shall be rejected. All bidders must quote unit rates in both numerals and words against prescribed price schedules provided in bidding documents, with rates submitted in any other form being rejected.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement Systems (ePADS) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before 06-10-2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 06-10-2026 at 01:30 PM. Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted using EPADS file uploads. Bidders must fill all required forms and tables, stamp and sign bidding documents before submission.
