Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites competitive bids through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction Development System) portal for the construction and installation of 13 small-scale Drinking Water Supply Systems and DWSS facilities based on solar-powered tube wells and pressure pumps in Jamrud. The total scope comprises individual water supply schemes serving multiple Koroona localities in Jamrud, with engineer's estimated costs ranging from PKR 4.16 million to PKR 9.56 million per work. The tender encompasses small-scale DWSS projects for Ishfaq Koroona, Noor Koroona, Naeem Ullah Koroona, Kashif/Wahid Koroona, Atif Khan Koroona, Haji Jamal Koroona, Shafiq Khan Koroona, Shamsher Khan Koroona, and Sahib Khan Koroona, along with standalone DWSS for Said Ghawas Koroona, Farhad Malik Koroona, Mosam Zakha Khel, and Amir Khan Koroona, all located in Jamrud, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must meet basic eligibility criteria as outlined in the Bid Solicitation Documents available on EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and must maintain active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bid security is required at two percent of the engineer's estimated cost. The procurement process follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted and uploaded electronically through the EPADS portal, while original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer in hard copy form.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. The last date and time for electronic bid submission is 8th October 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1130 hours. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening ceremony. All bids must be readable and complete; incomplete, conditional, or illegibly marked submissions will be rejected as non-responsive.
