Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the outsourcing of comprehensive security services for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure using the quality and cost based selection technique to ensure high standards of safety across the main Lahore campus and potentially other regional centers. The project scope involves providing forty-four total security personnel, including four security supervisors, eighteen ex-service male guards, eighteen civilian male guards, and four female guards. Bidders must provide a bid security of 1,382,250 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. To be eligible, participating security firms must have at least ten years of business experience and a proven track record with at least two public or private universities. All guards must meet specific age and health criteria and be equipped with licensed weaponry and metal detectors. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026
