For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Federal government seeks a training company or consortium to design and deliver national AI capacity-building programs under a strategic initiative.

This is a high-visibility, likely multi-year engagement rather than one-off training—implies substantial curriculum development, instructor training, and potentially cascading delivery across institutions. Scale suggests medium-to-large contract; tight timeline (6 weeks to bid) indicates pre-planned rollout. Consortium option signals government expects specialized capability (technical + pedagogical) beyond single-vendor scope. Competitive field likely includes established training providers and tech firms.

Who can bid: Must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax), maintain active taxpayer status. Typically, private training companies need SECP registration (Pvt Ltd or equivalent); NGOs/not-for-profits may have different registration paths. Consortium members must each meet registration requirements. No PEC category applies (non-construction). No sector restrictions stated.
