The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the selection of a training company or consortium to spearhead AI Capacity Building in Pakistan under the National Artificial Intelligence Advancement Initiative. This strategic procurement seeks eligible companies or consortia that are duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. The project scope focuses on developing national expertise in artificial intelligence through comprehensive training programs. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System while also providing original hard copies to the Ministry office. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 4, 2026, to address queries regarding the technical and financial requirements. Complete bidding documents are available free of charge on the PPRA and Ministry websites. All bids, which must be signed and stamped to be considered, are due by May 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by a public opening at 11:30 AM.
