Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids from highly qualified, licensed, and experienced private security companies for the hiring of comprehensive security services. This nationwide procurement is intended to ensure the safety, physical protection, and operational security of NTC assets, office premises, exchanges, and installations distributed throughout Pakistan over a continuous contract tenure of three years. Bidding will be executed entirely through the electronic procurement platform using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure. Eligible security service agencies must hold valid operational licenses from federal and provincial regulatory bodies, demonstrate substantial financial standing, and satisfy all rigorous technical qualification and background checks specified in the e-bidding document. Completed digital proposals must be formally uploaded onto the EPADS gateway no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
