Description / Scope of Work
Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, through its Directorate of Finance, invites sealed bids from reputed and established firms, suppliers, and contractors for three procurement packages on a package and item rate basis. The first package involves deployment of outsourced security at SALU Khairpur with an estimated cost of Rs. 8.00 million. The second package covers procurement of machinery and equipment for strengthening the Bio-Technology Laboratory with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.00 million. The third package involves procurement of stationery, printing, and IT equipment and accessories required for conducting examinations, valued at Rs. 44.00 million. All three procurements are being conducted in Khairpur, Sindh province.
Eligibility criteria require that bidding firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must be active filers. Applicants must possess at least five years of business or service experience in the relevant field. Firms must have achieved a turnover of at least Rs. 50.00 million in any year during the last three years. Additionally, the bidder, person, contractor, or firm must not be blacklisted. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost is required from all participants.
Bidding documents are available for download from SPPRA and SALU websites or may be obtained by submitting a written request on official letterhead during working hours upon payment of Rs. 3,000 per document set. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before the closing date of June 9, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at specified times for each package. Tender document cost should be submitted in the form of PO/DD in favor of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur.
