Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed competitive bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and active on the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for ten civil works projects across Punjab. The tender encompasses construction and maintenance works valued between Rs. 149,260 and Rs. 299,326, with specialization categories including general construction, electrical infrastructure, and repair services. Projects include construction of flats at 132KV Grid Station Narwala, maintenance and repair of bungalows and quarters at various grid stations, construction of additional office rooms, tower protection works, emergent civil works, submersible pump installation, AIT office construction at 132KV Bhalwal, control house maintenance, and sewerage system upgrades across Faisalabad. Completion periods range from 15 to 270 days depending on project scope.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be listed in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for sales tax, and have completed at least two similar contracts within ten years as main contractor. All bidders must adopt NEPRA Safety Code instructions and provide original bid security (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Tender documents are available through E-PADS Version 2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.fesco.com.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS Version 2.0 on or before 16 June 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 noon in the office of the Superintending Engineer (Civil) FESCO Faisalabad.
