The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the procurement of security guard services on a one-year contract basis, extendable at NADRA's discretion. This is a national competitive bidding exercise conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure. The tender is issued by NADRA's Regional Headquarters Office in Islamabad and covers the requirement for professional security personnel to provide comprehensive protective services at NADRA facilities. The scope includes deployment of trained security guards for round-the-clock protection, access control, and asset safeguarding operations. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Pakistani tax authorities and possess valid security service provider licenses as required by applicable regulations. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee or performance bond equivalent to the specified percentage of the estimated contract value must accompany all submissions. Eligible bidders may obtain the complete bidding documents from NADRA's office during designated office hours or through the official NADRA procurement portal. Interested parties are required to submit their bids in two separate envelopes containing technical qualifications and price quotations respectively at the specified address before the closing deadline.
