Description / Scope of Work
Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi, a medical teaching institution in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids through the e-Procurement system for the establishment of construction of a building Cath Lab facility at the complex. This project is being executed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The bid security requirement is set at 2 percent of the Engineer Estimates. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement procedure with bids to be submitted electronically via the e-PADL System. The tender is open to eligible firms and contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013 and with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C4 and above with codes CE-10 and EE-11, with current year registration mandatory.
All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bid Security in the Shape of Pay Order is not acceptable and must be submitted in original form before the closing date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 after providing valid reasons. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council must be current and valid at the time of submission.
Bid Solicitation Documents can be obtained from the Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi website at www.gkmcs.edu.pk or www.bkmes.edu.pk and are also uploaded on the e-PADL platform. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is 9 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM.
