Description / Scope of Work
The Administration of PAF Base Rafiqui, located in Shorkot Cantt, invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors and firms to remove scrap material from Thal Firing Range. The contract period extends for two years, from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2028. This tender offers an opportunity for interested contractors to undertake large-scale scrap collection and disposal operations at a military firing range in the Federal territory. The scope includes complete removal and management of scrap material accumulated at the facility over time.
All participating bidders are required to deposit a refundable security amount of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees five hundred thousand only) on the spot, except for the two successful bidders who will be exempted from this requirement. Bidders must possess original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and submit a photocopy along with their applications. PAF Base Rafiqui reserves the right to reject any or all bids on technical grounds in accordance with relevant PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules and regulations.
Sealed applications must be submitted to the Officer In-Charge Personnel Squadron Admin Wing at PAF Base Rafiqui, Shorkot Cantt by 14 June 2026 at 1100 hours. The bidding process will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Successful bidders will be responsible for bearing the cost of advertisement publication.
