Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Mathra in District Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for four separate infrastructure and water supply projects under MRS 2025 (1st Bi annual) non-MRS items through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The tender encompasses pavement of streets with infrastructure improvement and drinking water supply schemes (DWSS) across multiple rural areas of Peshawar. Lot 01 covers pavement, infrastructure improvement and DWSS at Panam Dhen, Chagharmatti, Jogani, Kaniza with estimated cost of Rs 79.50 million. Lot 02 involves street pavements, sanitation, infrastructure improvement and DWSS at Kafoor Dheri, Mathra, Shahi Bala, Ghari Sherdad with estimated cost Rs 70.50 million. Lot 03 addresses sanitation, DWSS scheme and infrastructure improvement at Takht-Abad, Kaniza and Pajjagi with estimated cost Rs 73 million. Lot 04 focuses on DWSS, sanitation scheme and infrastructure improvement at Haryana, Kaniza, Takht-Abad and Larama with estimated cost Rs 67 million. All projects aim to improve rural infrastructure in Peshawar and surrounding areas.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security amounts are specified for each lot ranging from Rs 13.40 lakh to Rs 15.90 lakh. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids in accordance with the tender solicitation documents. All securities must be in the form of call deposits in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Mathra. Additional security shall be dealt per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29th October 2025 and S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May 2022.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Eligible contractors must submit Technical and Financial Bids through EPADS with proposals and bids sent to the Office of Assistant Director, Chamkaml Mir, Budhai Road, Peshawar via registered courier service before the closing deadline of 22nd June 2025 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. Opening of Financial Bids for technically responsive bidders will be communicated after Technical Bid evaluation. Online clarification date is set for 15th June 2025 at 12:00 noon. Bids remain valid for 120 days from closing date. Firms participating in tender bidding may register themselves with EPADS using their unique username and password.
