Cantonment Board Walton, located in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed proposals from authorized firms and general order suppliers for the repairing of two Massey Ferguson MF-375 tractors, including complete engine overhauling along with necessary parts. The estimated cost for this procurement is 2.00 million Pakistani rupees, and the project scope includes comprehensive engine overhaul and parts replacement as required. This tender is issued for urgent equipment maintenance to ensure operational capability of the board's vehicle fleet in Walton Cantt, Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be authorized firms or registered general order suppliers with no litigation involvement. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit (original) sealed in an envelope and delivered via courier before the closing date and time to the Cantonment Executive Officer at Cantonment Board Walton, Ahmad Buksh Road, Walton Cantt, Lahore. The board reserves the right to verify the responsibility and workability of quoted rates. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees and should include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax; any subsequent changes in tax regime will be adjusted accordingly.
Quotations must be submitted electronically online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pak) on or before June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with electronic opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day. Participating firms can view comparative statements online. The price validity must be for a minimum of 90 days from submission, though longer validity periods are encouraged. Delivery must be completed on an urgent basis within a maximum of 30 working days after issuance of the purchase order. Failure to supply within the stipulated period will incur a penalty at 2% of contract value per month.
