Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Lahore invites applications from firms and companies registered with the Income Tax department, PRA, and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of security services. This procurement is conducted through an open tender using a single stage two-envelope procedure via the EPADS (e-Procurement System) portal hosted at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The scope covers security services provision for NADRA's operations in Lahore, Punjab, with a bid security amount of Rs. 300,000 (refundable). Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS platform to participate in this procurement exercise.
Interested firms and companies are required to submit proposal documents in accordance with the tender document instructions on EPADS on or before 23 June 2026 (Tuesday) at 1100 hours, after which bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 hours at EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted, and NADRA shall not be held responsible for any issues thereof. The original Bid Security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft must be submitted to the Admin Branch of NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore in an envelope clearly marked. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered for proposal submission and opening.
Bid documents and tender details are available on the EPADS portal. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any proposal at any time prior to acceptance.
