Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA) invites e-bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers for rehabilitation and tube desilting of trunk sewer at Maqbool Road through winch machine from Chowk Baba Azam to Shah Kamal Disposal Station in Ichhra Sub Division, Lahore, Punjab. The project is valued at Rs. 1,548,378 with technical sanction issued vide No. D(O&M)/IT/1648-50 dated 03.06.2026. This sewer maintenance work is critical infrastructure rehabilitation aimed at improving sanitation services in the Ichhra subdivision area of Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal with valid registration from FBR and PRA, holding both NTN and PNTN certificates. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of XEN O&M-III Iqbal Town for an amount of Rs. 61,936, which represents 4% of the estimated project cost. The bidding procedure is single stage one envelope, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Rates must be quoted against each item of the DNIT/BOQ in figures and words; percentage-based bids on total estimated cost are not acceptable.
Bid documents are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online by 18th June 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The original bid security instrument must be physically deposited at the office of XEN (O&M-III) Iqbal Town situated at Dongi Ground Pani Wali Tanki near Khizra Masjid Samanabad before tender opening or by 11:00 AM on the closing day.
