Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office Abbottabad invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for the procurement and installation of outdoor SMD screen(s) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. This is a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure open to eligible firms and suppliers. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. The procurement will be conducted in Abbottabad, KPK province, with bids to be submitted electronically by 19 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, and opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the Additional Deputy Commissioner Office Abbottabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the active taxpayer list and registered on the EPADS portal, with no blacklist status from any client or KPPRA. Bidders are required to submit a fixed bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made payable to the Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad. All bids must include copies of CNIC, NTN or active taxpayer certificate, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes, labour, delivery charges, and all other costs.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal, and bids must be submitted exclusively through the portal. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. The evaluation will be based on the total sum of quoted amounts for all items. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without stating reasons, in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Quoted rates will remain valid until 30 June 2026, and supply orders may be issued during the contract period as needed.
